New offices, the Copa Truck kicks off and a procedure for resolving conflicts
The restructuring of the administrative area, the official start of the prediction championship and the escalation path that now governs disagreements between colleagues.
Communications and Management
Hello everyone. As many of you already know, this newsletter is the communication bridge that will keep you informed of the most important things happening inside our organization.
Office moves in administration
Towards the end of June the administrative area was restructured, following internal moves and new arrivals, while keeping operations flowing without affecting the core of the organization.
The new arrangement is essentially this: María Eugenia has moved into the old Safety office, Katherine and Felipe have moved into the new large office, and Elieth will be permanently in what used to be the Finance office, taking on everything related to People Management. Joaquín Lillo will also take on IT duties across the whole administrative area.
Carola Mena stays where she is, but with a new role and new responsibilities: from now on she takes on everything related to training, organizational wellbeing and community engagement.
More than a World Cup: another chance to keep building a team
At Truck Energy we believe a solid organization is not built on well defined procedures, efficient processes and high technical standards alone. It is also strengthened by the human relationships that make our work possible day after day.
In that spirit, this month we officially launch the Copa Truck Energy 2026, an activity designed to bring much of the organization together around one of the biggest sporting events in the world. Through an entertaining prediction competition, everyone can put their knowledge and their instincts to the test and, of course, share conversations, opinions and good moments with their colleagues.
Each participant's entry sheet was handed in last Friday, so from here on all that is left is to watch the results come in. Remember that every new round adds points (quarter-finals, semi-finals and onwards), on top of the final predictions each participant wrote on their official personal sheet.
We hope this turns out to be a chance to share, laugh, argue amicably and enjoy the tournament together, always keeping the spirit of respect and friendly competition that represents us.
Results will be updated daily while the tournament is on, right through to the end. For any questions, drop by the organizers' office.
New procedures: growing also means learning to resolve our differences
In an organization that keeps growing like Truck Energy, every new challenge is also a chance to strengthen the way we work as a team. Over recent weeks the new Internal Conflict Management and Resolution Procedure was made official, a tool meant to set out a clear escalation path for handling differences between colleagues respectfully, objectively and professionally.
The aim is simple: resolve conflicts as close as possible to where they start, so that small differences do not affect the working atmosphere, safety or the continuity of our operations.
Official escalation path:
- The line manager takes on the case first.
- If there is no agreement, the Comité de Aplicación steps in as an impartial mediation body.
- Only once the previous stages are exhausted does the case go up to General Management.
This procedure is not about finding someone to blame, but about creating space for dialogue, encouraging agreement and strengthening a culture based on mutual respect and shared responsibility.
At Truck Energy we believe the quality of our processes starts with the quality of our relationships. Just as every motor needs precision to run properly, a team needs communication, trust and collaboration to get good results. Because growing does not only mean doing better work; it also means building a better way of working together.
Conflicts are inevitable. Resolving them with respect, professionalism and through the proper escalation path is everyone's responsibility.

Other news
HR informs all staff that, because of the system changeover and if you do not have the app, you need to clock in temporarily using the physical attendance book. This is only until the new permanent system is in place, which is already in progress.
All staff are also informed that on Wednesday 15 July the official 2026 external audit will take place, which will be our big test as an organization, administratively and operationally. Our ISO 9001 recertification is also at stake, and that international quality mark is without doubt one of our strongest credentials today.
Finally, thank you to all staff for taking part in the corporate video filmed at the start of the month across the company's various premises. Your enthusiasm and willingness made possible a documentary record that will stay in our archives for good.
