National holiday tournaments, a three-country tour and the Class D license tests
Ping-pong, foosball and rayuela to celebrate Chile's national holidays at Truck Energy. Also: the general manager in Argentina, Bolivia and Germany, including a stop at InnoTrans 2026, and the first Class D license theory tests passed.

Communications and Management
Dear colleagues, every organization is built by the people in it, by their everyday efforts and by the bonds that grow between them. In that spirit, our newsletter was born as a communication bridge and a meeting place, meant to share the events, achievements and news that bring Truck Energy to life. We want each edition to bring us a little closer, strengthening our sense of community and making everyone who is part of our organization a protagonist in a story we are building together.
Sport, excitement and camaraderie at our “18” celebration
What began as a festive celebration of the “18”, as Chileans call their national holidays around 18 September, turned into a real sports festival at Truck Energy. The ping-pong, foosball and rayuela tournaments (rayuela is a traditional Chilean game in which metal discs are thrown at a line) brought together a large number of participants, who showed that enthusiasm, skill and the will to compete are alive and well.
With high-intensity finals and matches fought to the last point, every discipline delivered moments of excitement and healthy competition. But if one thing stood out above the results, it was the atmosphere throughout the day: laughter, applause, hugs and the kind of camaraderie that turns a simple competition into a shared experience.
Between decisive plays, plenty of celebrating and the odd rematch still pending, our team members made it a day where sport was the perfect excuse to get together and enjoy ourselves properly. Because at Truck we don't just share a workplace; we also build community, celebrate together and make room for the moments that remind us that behind every role there are valuable people, stories of resilience and bonds that unite us in what really matters.
The winners in each discipline:
- Ping-pong tournament: 1st Benjamín Durán, 2nd Fernando Lagos, 3rd Andrés Ruiz
- Foosball tournament: 1st Los Boca Seka, 2nd Los Beto Cuevas, 3rd Los antisociales
- Rayuela tournament: 1st Antonio Sáez and Carlos Fredes, 2nd Lautaro Valdebenito and Aquiles Arias
Truck Energy: a view that reaches beyond borders
Over the past month, our general manager has carried out an agenda of international trips aimed at strengthening Truck's presence, widening our collaboration networks and exploring new development opportunities in different South American markets. It is a roadmap that combines technological innovation, operational reach and strategic partnerships, always with an eye on our company's standing and the sustainable growth of our organization.
Argentina: the Latinrieles congress; prestige, reach and recognition
Argentina was also part of this international agenda, in a setting of networking and recognition within the rail sector and its related fields. Taking part in meeting places and trade showcases helps raise Truck Energy's visibility, consolidate its position and build new connections with players in the industry. A unique opportunity to share our experience and keep building a presence that reaches beyond national borders.
Bolivia: new opportunities for work and operations
In Bolivia (Santa Cruz de la Sierra), the focus was on exploring opportunities for work, operations and commercial expansion. These first contacts make it possible to identify areas for collaboration, understand the needs of new markets and build relationships that can turn into future projects. In this way Truck Energy keeps broadening its regional outlook, seeking ties that connect our experience and, along the way, create real opportunities for future growth.
Germany: technology and partnerships for the future
The international tour included a visit to Germany, where technology and building new partnerships took center stage. This experience at InnoTrans 2026 (the leading international trade fair for transport technology and the most important global platform for the rail industry) is an opportunity to see what is new, build ties with specialized players and explore solutions that can help develop our technical and operational capabilities. A key look toward innovation that seeks to connect international knowledge and experience with the challenges of our industry.

A comprehensive vision that connects territories
Beyond each destination, these trips reflect a line of work aimed at building key networks that connect people, knowledge and opportunities. Technology, strategic partnerships and the development of new operations are part of a vision that seeks to take Truck Energy into new arenas, while always keeping its commitment to history, quality and continual improvement.
First successful Class D license tests
During September, workers from our company successfully took the theory tests for the Class D license, which in Chile is required to drive and operate equipment such as forklifts and similar machinery.
The tests were held at the offices of the Ilustre Municipalidad de Coronel, the local municipal government, as part of our staff's process of obtaining this license. The initiative was managed and coordinated by Carola Mena San Juan, head of Wellbeing and Community Engagement, who made this important opportunity for training and for bringing our licensing up to date possible.
This achievement is one more step in strengthening our workers' skills, supporting an operation that is ever safer, more responsible and in line with Truck Energy's standards.
Training and prevention: strengthening safety
Over the last few weeks, a first aid training course was held, aimed at providing basic knowledge and tools to respond properly in emergency situations. It was followed by the last talk from Mutual de Seguridad, the occupational safety mutual we are affiliated with, delivered as part of its Occupational Risks program and covering key aspects of accident prevention and how to recognize the main risks present in the work environment.
Both activities are part of Truck Energy's ongoing commitment to safety, prevention and building a wide range of skills.

Other news
Construction continues on a new shed at our premises, which will house the future interpole laboratory, storage for motors (both finished and in progress) and, along the way, our new games, rest and wellbeing room. More news soon.
We are also happy to report that the game tables used in the tournaments, arranged by the company, will stay at our premises (as long as they are looked after properly), to encourage sport, entertainment and, why not say it, looking after our mental health. So we can all say: congratulations, colleagues!
