The first issue: the partnership with CFT de Lota and the Juan Rubio Arias scholarship

Hello everyone. From today onwards this newsletter will be the communication bridge that keeps you informed of the most important things happening inside our organization. We want to build community and we want everyone who is part of the day to day to have an official place to find out what is going on. Because at Truck we do not only work with rail equipment; we work with something rather deeper: the confidence that every motor that passes through our hands will run again with rigor, precision and excellence. That is our real commitment.

Over the years we have built much more than a solid operation. We have formed a team, faced challenges and developed knowledge that today let us look to the future with conviction. And today that future has a clear horizon: 2030.

We want to establish ourselves as a benchmark in Latin America, not only for the quality of our work but for the way we understand what we do. Because this is not only about repairing, it is about assuring the reliability of critical systems, where every detail matters.

But this road is not built with technology or processes alone. It is built with people, with every one of you, who from your own role contribute experience, commitment and shared judgment. With those who look to do things better every day. With those who understand that continual improvement is not just a concept, but a daily practice that has to guide us.

We also believe in something fundamental: knowledge is meant to be shared. That is why we are working to strengthen training, build links with institutions and open space for new generations joining this very particular world. Because Truck Energy is not only the road we have travelled, but everything being built towards the future. And from here on, we walk that road together.

In this first issue we want to highlight the signing of the strategic partnership between CFT de Lota y Arauco, the regional technical training college, and our organization. Opening a path for the newer generations, supporting young talent and building new ties in the pursuit of excellence.

On the same occasion we wanted to give well deserved recognition to one of our founding master craftsmen, Juan Rubio Arias, for his career, his humanity and his impeccable professionalism. The scholarship in his name covers transport and meals for women students in the college's industrial programs, and sets out not only to support young people from our region but also to open new possibilities and paths in the national industry, marking a milestone in the rail sector.

We also want to share that over the past month we made progress on technical training and on new wellbeing initiatives for staff, and that we signed an important institutional collaboration agreement with Universidad del Bío-Bío. We keep moving forward across the board, always focused on operational excellence, continual improvement and the all-round development of our organization and its people.

Start of the 42-hour working week: on Mondays and Wednesdays finishing time will be from 17:30.
