Truck Energízate opens with the procedure for pinion fitting on D31 traction motors. It is the first of a series: the knowledge that today lives in printed folders and in the technicians' experience, organized as material you can actually consult.
What this first publication includes:
- The process explained from the physics that makes it possible, not just the sequence of steps.
- The seven steps of the operation, each with its acceptance criterion and its associated record.
- The PPE and the instruments required, and which of them need current calibration.
- The glossary of technical vocabulary, shared across every procedure.
The open part explains the whole process. The engineering values (tolerances, acceptance and rejection criteria, and the signed original document) sit behind technical access, because they are a contractual condition of the work and not material for general release.
